Clubs

We encourage students at DuBois High School to participate in extracurricular activities. These activities provide an outlet to explore new interests, learn valuable skills, meet like-minded peers, and see a world of possibilities.

Clubs

Art Club

In Art Club, students build an art portfolio of the use of various mediums and techniques.

Book Club

If you love to read and tell others about the amazing books you find, then you’ll love Book Club! Join us as we discuss some of the greats (and some of the as-yet-unrecognized greats).

Chess Club

Love strategy? Then Chess Club is for you! Our semi-competitive club will help you boost your skills and give you the opportunity to show off those skills in local and regional competitions.

DAHS Spirit

Spirit Club is all about boosting student morale and school spirit. Join us in planning and implementing spirit days/activities across DAHS.

DECA

DECA is a nationally recognized high school club that teaches students about business leadership and communication. Learn more about our chapter on our school’s DECA page.

Drama

Arts and humanities students may participate in our annual theater productions: a musical, a non-musical, and an evening of one-act plays.

International Thespian Society

Arts and humanities students may apply for membership into our troupe of the International Thespian Society. Doing so enables them to attend state conferences and participate in the Senior Showcase.

National Honor Society

National Honor Society recognizes student achievement in areas of scholarship, character, service, citizenship, and leadership.

Robotics (BEST)

BEST is all about boosting engineering, science, and technology. Ours is a competitive, problem-solving team that meets for six weeks to design and build a working robot based on a given set of criteria.

Sign Language

Come learn and practice sign language with a group of students who share your passion.

Student Council

Student Council gives students the opportunity to develop leadership skills and gain experience in the workings of a democratic government.

Yearbook

Yearbook is open to any student with an interest in graphic design, publishing, journalism, or photography. Students develop skills to produce and market our annual student publication.
